3. How do I get my password and where do I use it?

1. What sizes are N.Y.L.A. SHOES made in?
Women: Most women's styles are offered in sizes 5 to 11 with half sizes available up to 9.5.
2. Does N.Y.L.A. make shoes in narrow and wide widths?
Unfortunately, since our fashion and styles change so frequently, we only carry standard B width for women and D width for men.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. What is N.Y.L.A.'s online return/exchange policy?
Only new, unworn merchandise purchased from www.nylashoes.com will be accepted, provided it is returned/exchanged within 30 days of customer's receipt. To return an item, complete the return form enclosed with the order. Ship the merchandise, the return form, and the packing list/receipt back to us. Shoes returned without the packing list/receipt will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping cost. A return credit will take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card.
Purchases made at retail stores must be returned and/or exchanged with the retailer.
All sale items are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on Sale items.
