SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an out-of-stock condition does occur, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date via e-mail or telephone. Shipping is determined according to the weight and quantity of items. Our shopping cart uses real time shipping calculation.
We provide Standard UPS (5 working days), Express (2-3 day delivery) and Overnight shipping.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico: Orders will be shipped via UPS. An additional $22.00 will be added to the standard shipping and handling prices above.
Shipping outside of the U.S.: Canadian orders are notified via e-mail of the cost of Shipping and Handling. Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international courier. Customers are responsible for any customs or tax imposed on Canadian orders. For shipping outside of North America, please email us at customerservice@nylashoes.com.
2. How is sales tax on my online order calculated?
N.Y.L.A SHOES charges sales tax for all online orders that are being shipped to California (9.75%). All other states are not charged sales tax.
3. What methods of payment are accepted when ordering through www.nylashoes.com?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
4. How will I know if my online order has been received?
You will receive an automatic online order confirmation via email if your online order was accepted. If you did not receive an email confirmation, either your email address was incorrect or your online order did not verify correctly with our merchant services.
5. Will my online order be delayed if one or more items are on backorder?
We will ship all in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as soon as they become available.
6. Why did I receive a tracking number in an e-mail that states the status is "Delivered"?
When we send you your tracking number, our cart system considers it "delivered".
Once you have received this e-mail, expect to receive your order within 5 business days if you chose Standard shipping.
7. What is N.Y.L.A.'s online return/exchange policy?
Only new, unworn merchandise purchased from www.nylashoes.com will be accepted, provided it is returned/exchanged within 30 days of customer's receipt.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
Because you are also responsible for making sure we receive the return package safely, we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as N.Y.L.A. is not responsible for the delivery of return packages.
Returned products must be in new, unworn condition with original and/or packaging materials.
Items showing wear and tear are not returnable and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
To return an item, complete the return form enclosed with the order. Ship the merchandise, the return form, and the packing list/receipt back to us. Shoes returned without the packing list/receipt will not be accepted.
A return credit will take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card.
Purchases made at retail stores must be returned and/or exchanged with the retailer.
All sale items are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on Sale items.
8. Who can I contact regarding questions about my order or items charged to my account?
If you have a question regarding credit card charges related to your online order, please e-mail customerservice@nylashoes.com. Most inquiries take up to 3 business days to be processed.
